Experience
I have two years experience working as a Chinese language instructor at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. At the institution, I taught all intermediate and advanced level courses. Aside from traditional in-class learning, I coordinated a weekly Chinese Corner session, which includes both language and culture. I also have three years experience as a Chinese teacher in a high school. In addition, I have extensive experience teaching students of all ages. I’ve taught students K – 12 and adult learners in either a classroom or outside of the classroom as a personal tutor. I am passionate about teaching Chinese as a second languaige.
